I have now been shopping from Portland Oregon at Captains Landing for at least Ten plus years!! The Service is beyond reproach ! My Personal Shopper Heidi is just the best I’ve ever had. I have Worn the Bamboo Cay line for years and have numerous shirts. They’re all beautiful and I’ve decided to switch and wear more of the Kahala and the Tommy Bahama now here’s what is exceptional about Captain’s Landing. Several times I have purchased Tommy Bahama and Kahala in Hawaii. I purchased the wrong size and asked Heidi if she could find it in the right size and she’s in Venice, Florida the other side of the planet! She finds the shirt drop shipped to me overnight and I have what I should’ve got originally and today’s shopping experiences are never as good as the service as I receive at Captains Landing. Their entire line of clothes are simply the best quality and the best selection in inventory and if they don’t have it, they will find it for you no matter how far they have to go as they have done for me many times! We have ordered clothes from this store multiple times. The quality of their product is superb! We ordered men’s shirts to be worn at a beach wedding and they were perfect. We got so many compliments. The sizes run big, but per their instructions, we ordered one size down and they fit. We had trouble with the shipping, not because of them, but they helped resolve it and got our shipping refunded. They even phoned and ensured we were satisfied. I highly recommend this store.
