Fair but disappointing
Customer service was fine. I was disappointed that my stolen battery was not covered under warranty… however, them’s the rules! Understandable but disappointing. When talking with customer service, I was told the wrong battery for my item and then not given a suggestion for saving money on the replacement. I did my own research and discovered the proper battery and found a discount code independently as well. I would hope that in times of duress by your customers some extra effort to help people who have invested so much money for your product would be given. We are all in the business of making money, but the best companies focus on the customer and not the bottom line.
