Had another brand of these and it was terrible and very hard to keep on a schedule. The 6 minutes a couple times a week make this device easy to use and crazy practical. Feels different than the other one I had too. Very happy I decided to pull the trigger on this.

I bought a new charger because the original wouldn’t fully charge The new one is actually worse But The hat is perfectly fine !

Customer service was responsive to my questions. New battery pack was received without any issues.

There was no problem with ordering or shipping. The only problem was with the battery pack itself as stated already.
