I placed my order and bam, 2 days later It was in my mail box! One of the candles got damaged in shipment and they immediately replaced the broken candle!

I've been buying Candles by Carol since 2004. I WILL NEVER buy any other brands...Seriously the best candles you will ever find!! The family is great too..they are so kind and are always willing to help you find that perfect scent. I go in at least once a month to stock up on all the goods. :)
