Ok, after having an issue with candle glass breaking, the owner asked if we were trimming the wicks. I realized that it was possible we were not doing like we should so on my next order I ordered their trimmer. Oh. My. Gosh. Soooooo easy, helpful and convenient! Absolutely worth it!
