Love the product! Love the new clear plastic cases! Printing was great! The only thing that I struggled with was communication with them. They delivered, but had me on the edge of my seat as I tried to get ahold of them. Without a phone number to call that is hard!

I placed an order for five decks of personalized cards on 12/14. The website said orders would take 6-10 days to arrive, so I assumed my order would arrive in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas gift. I included a note that this was a Christmas gift, and to please notify me if the shipment was going to be late. On 12/20 I got a notification that my order had been shipped. And then. . . nothing. No order. No shipping updates. No response from multiple attempts at reaching out to customer service. The UPS tracking number provided only shows that the order has been processed and ready for UPS. No estimated delivery date, almost three weeks after the order was placed. Exasperated, I emailed to cancel my order. And - to nobody's surprise - I still haven't gotten an update or any indication that my order was cancelled or that my credit card charges would be reversed. I did, however, get a convenient email asking for feedback on my purchase. So in short, my feedback is that if you want to order something, pay for it, and then ensure that you never get it nor ever get any answers to your questions about why you never got it, then by all means, order from playingcardsnow. com.
