As stated never received never had a live person nor a solution… just took my money and ignored me

Item can one week after it was expected missed the conference I needed them for. I could have used another company if PrintVie communicated. No response when I requested a refund. Unfortunately, unreliable service.

Easy to work with. Great communication and value!

Print order took over three weeks. Response to inquiry was ignored or missed. Did not receive shipping notification. Did not use cover art I submitted and approved.

Easy to use for a beginner. Helped me with process. Product came out great 👍

The person that I chat with in customer service has been so helpful throughout the entire process helping me to track my order and see where it’s at and finding me updates to the order. The quality is incredible and I am so happy I came across your website.

Horrible customer service. I sent multiple emails and never got a reply. Glad I only ordered 1 deck of cards as a sample and not multiple decks to pass out to customers, friends and family.

Never got the proof or product

no status communicated, slow process, 2 weeks and still waiting.

I had purchased previously and had quick turn around and good results. This time, my order took over 5 weeks from order placement to delivery for 2 decks of cards. I used similar photos as my first order but, this time the quality and resolution were poor. Customer service took over a week to respond after several attempts to contact. Disappointed.

The cards look great! The only problem is that after using them twice, a few of the cards started to tear. Very disappointing. And I paid for the extra coating. So. . . I may look somewhere else next time.

Love the product! Love the new clear plastic cases! Printing was great! The only thing that I struggled with was communication with them. They delivered, but had me on the edge of my seat as I tried to get ahold of them. Without a phone number to call that is hard!
