Shipping was the only good
Shipping was the only good part. Product I received was not what I asked for. Incorrect paper (coated when I asked for uncoated), not borderless printing (even though they require a bleed?), bound the book on the wrong side, digital proof that I paid for did not reveal this, was not contacted by the company if they could see my files would produce this so. I could adjust them. I will not be using this company again. Waste of money.

Good service but product quality
Good service but product quality was sub par. Description said “casino quality” which is why I chose this service over others. These cards are more akin to photo paper than a deck of cards. I would’ve gladly paid an up charge for a higher quality product but that wasn’t an option. Please keep in mind I’m not saying this as some self professed card expert, but as an everyday consumer who wanted to get someone a gift. These cards were intended to be used somewhat regularly and I fear they may only last a couple uses before being a creased mess

Nobody was there to respond to my questions or concerns about my order. I received the wrong order, and nobody was there to help me get it figured out, even though I called 3 times, emailed 3 times and filled out contact sheets multiple times.

Excellent product quality but the communication and status updates could use some work. There website status is so vague I almost thought I was scammed when the status never updated. Eventually it got better, but there website is also not that intuitive. Good products, but website needs work.
