I haven’t received my order yet even though it was suppose to be here yesterday and now it says I won’t receive it until Monday. I am very disappointed with the shipping delays. I have always received my order within a few days of ordering but this order has been very late.

I am working to start up my own small business. My first product is tumblers, which I ordered from here after much searching. Not a bad thing to say. Shipping was quick, fantastic quality tumblers as well (they are better than I expected!), and. I have yet to deal with customer service, but I am overall very happy and plan to order more in the future.

We love that there is free shipping but we are an indigenous company and they do not offer tax exempt services which every other company does. Should be a thing to look into
