The product is great. The colours are nice and vibrant. We are using this as gifts to our associates so I have not tested the hot and cold yet. But the shipping was great. Fast and everything was shipped in good condition. The communication was amazing. They didn’t have some of the ones I ordered. They credited my card very quickly and I was able to order more with the colours they had in stock. They all arrived the same time. I ordered 85 tumblers.

Shipping to Canada is pretty quick. Can't control the border tie ups! Having issues with out of stock items but who isn't at this point?! We will continue to buy from them:)
