Shipping was good, a little bit of a delay but thats okay. We had great customer service because we were unable to add as many as I needed to the cart but they were quick to fix that. Other than that, the damaged tumblers were the only thing that was a bit disappointing. We do love the Polar Pro

I ordered 3 colours. 1 gloss, one matte, and one soft matte. The soft matte does not laser engrave as nicely as the others and I found that the base metal colour was the same colour as the finish instead of a silver colour. This made for a lo-contrast (tone on tone) look. Also, the soft matte does not hold up to vigorous scrubbing to remove laser etching residue.
