Very happy with Camille La Vie

The dress that was ordered for me online while I was at the Great Mall store location and we made sure the shipping information was correct. Despite this, the dress was delivered to the wrong location and I tried contacting customer service but the lady who answered my call said she didn't know what was happening and would call me back later and ended the call. I never received a call back. My next option was to call the store I visited when I ordered the dress. Luckily they were very helpful and willing to contact the other location to figure out what happened to my package. I was notified that the Ontario store was going to ship out the dress to the Milpitas location but I have not gotten any updates or new tracking information. This service is not great. I hope to get my dress after all this because I also had to pay for shipping even though I was picking up at the store.

I had to order my size. Even though I mistakenly left off my apartment number, the customer service team contacted me to let me know and promptly shipped my dress again. It’s a perfect fit! I received excellent service from the fitting room to swiping my card!

My daughter tried on dresses and took a few days to make a decisions. By that time the dress was sold out at the store we visited and not available on line. I called and they company was SO AMAZING in finding us the right dress and size across all there stores and shipping to us ASAP. SO HAPPY

The dress I ordered for my 16 year old is shorter in the back and is revealing when she walks. The fit is perfect so another size wouldn’t help. This company is unwilling to take it back. I’ll never order from them again.

My daughter loves this dress!!!! We were able to order and it shipped to our house. The ladies at the store were so helpful in getting us the item number, and we had it in 3 days! We couldn’t be happier .

First off let me start by saying their customer service is outstanding! We was on vacation in California (we live in Texas) and my daughter seen this dress at the mall. She tried it on and fell in love but we didn’t buy it cause of the room in the car to bring in home, we figured we would order it online once we got back home. So we go online and the dress is no where to be found after contacting the store and customer service number we found out it’s not available online. The rep called around and found the dress, gave us a different dress sku # to order the called the store to intercepted the shipping to make sure the right one was shipped. I had a great experience with the online shopping. I inadvertently added a pair of shoes to my order. I contacted support the next business day and they kindly removed the shoes for me.

This was my second time purchasing a prom dress from this store and each experience has been amazing! The ladies are so helpful, I love how things are organized and the selections of dresses. The place is very roomie to try on dresses. Highly recommend!!!
