My daughter was in the first room right in front of the entrance. Her dad was finally able to be there for this experience Prior years he was unable to attend because he was gone with the military. The girl in the fitting room told him he had to leave the room even though he wasn't but on the edge of the entrance. He was mortified and the lady ruiened the experience for him and my daughter.

I placed my dress order in the store with an associate because the size of the dress was not in store stock. We went ahead and placed the order and paid and was told that it would arrive in two weeks. Two days later I got an email to inform me my dress size is no longer available. I just would of had liked to be informed of this while I was still in the store.

The store clerks were so helpful and patient with us trying on several dresses. I appreciate the help finding the size we needed in the dress my daugher wanted on line and having it mailed to the house. Excellent customer service.

The customer service in store wasn't great. They didn't offer online ordering-just told me the dress sizes on the floor is all they had. I found the dress online on my own without their help. The shipping was FAST.
