The customer service is amazing. They are very prompt to respond as well as having a high sense of urgency to resolve the matter. We accidentally ordered a size too big for a dress, turns out it sold out online and at my nearby store. When I contacted customer support they immediately returned my call and were able to locate another dress in the size that I needed. Mamie was a life saver! Real life Fairy Godmother.
