I have purchased almost every line from VERB and am in love with most of them! I purchase all the product in the ghost line via a custom kit, and didn't love the products, I reached out to the customer service and received an email regarding my return very quickly! Not only that, but they shipped me the new products that I wanted to exchange for right away!

I love verb. Since switching to verb I have less breakage (almost none at all), my hair doesn't go oily after 24hrs. Love it!

Great shampoo and conditioner

disappointing.. I spent years growing out my hair and after my last trim decided to invest in some more luxury hair products vs just drug store.. after a few weeks of verb, my hair feels like straw, gets tangled even if I move my head

One of the bottles crapped out after I barely opened it. Tried everything to get it to work again but no good. Pretty expensive for that to happen. Product itself rocks, but not being able to use it isn't ok.

I am loving the new products for my colored and aging hair

So far I really like the products. The Ghost shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair soft. I think the shampoo could be a bit more cleansing but I do alternate with a more clarifying shampoo regularly. The Curl leave in conditioner and the curl cream are both great and I LOVE the Ghost oil a lot.
