will definitely be switch to the verb ghost collection! as my hair is damaged from dyes and bleach, i have previously used pureology but the smell and price is not appealing. i bought the christmas box set and i will never turn back! my hair has never felt so good!

I love verb. I’m obsessed with all of the products I’ve tried. I literally tell all my friends to use verb. It has helped heal my damaged hair and bring it back to life along with allowing it to grow more.

I’m absolutely obsessed with Verb, so of course I bought a bunch of things when their summer sale came around. I ended up making two orders, one for me and one for my dad (who I’ve also gotten hooked on Verb). My order came without any issues and in a decent timeframe, considering the fact they had a big sale happening and most likely a bunch of orders, but his was missing one of the shampoos we ordered. I immediately sent a support request, but I ended up waiting a week and a half for a response, hence the 4 stars. That being said, the customer service I got was amazing, they apologized for the timeframe, and immediately sent out a replacement, with no issues. I would highly recommend dealing with Verb, as the support I received just validated my love for the brand even more!

Love the Curl shampoo and conditioner. My hair has never been this hydrated and the curl definition is incredible and never crunchy

Since I started using your products about a year ago, they seems to be pretty good. But recently I purchased the Leave -in curl conditioner… very misleading product. This is Not what I would call a Leave-in when technically you only Leave it in the day after you shampoo to revive the curls? I thought it was after you washed the hair and it was then to be left in… it left my hair dryer and sticky when I used it according to directions. Glassy shine spray should be a Clear product I would have thought? But it’s actually a white creamy texture and when I spray it on, I get all these Dandruff looking spots all over my hair?? (Yes I checked my head before I sprayed) Customer service was good, except the fact that it took almost 2 wks before I heard from anyone. It would have also been good to have a Phone # on the website as an alternative to reach customer service.. thx

All the products in my package are leaking, even the box is wet. l tried to contact you guys, but l NEVER get a reply. You don't have a number on your website as well.😒 NO Customer service at all.

Amazing service- love the products I am a Manes by Mel follower and take her recommendations seriously. Love the Verb products-especially the foaming gel and ghost products- made a huge difference to my hair. Loving my curls!

I bought the Ghost conditioner and shampoo which I love. With fine hair these are perfect for me as they don't weigh my hair down. Love the leave-in conditioner and Manes by Mell foam gel. I also bought the curl cream which is great as long as I use a small amount. LOVE these products and REALLY appreciate the fact that they are gluten free. No more burning, itchy eyes.

I just have to say how incredibly amazing VERB customer service is. I recieved my order and it contained one wrong item and as simple as an email I was being sent the correct item that I ordered originally! I ordered VERB curl leave in conditioner & curl foaming gel both of which leave my hair smelling, looking & feeling fantastic!! Looking forward to my next order and I totally recommend VERB for any of your hair care needs

Great products. The ghost line is fantastic for fine hair. My only complaint is that delivery time is long.
