This is my 1st time purchasing Verb Hair Products. I purchased the Hydrate line - actually I bought everything in the Hydrate line ( I have color treated, dry, thick hair ) . . . it leaves my hair very hydrated, soft and smelling incredible for days . . . . I also bought the Glossy Shine Heat Protector Spray, amazing as well ! I will continue to by the Verb Hydrate line . . . . my only regret is not finding Verb sooner !! Thank you ! : )

The hydrate mask was my absolute favourite for so long… the scent was light and heavenly and nothing moisturized my 3B/C curls like it. . BUT sadly this is no longer the case. The formula has been changed it doesn’t make my curls soft and hydrated and the new scent is horrible in my opinion… I’m really sad that this product will not be in my hair care line up anymore. Will no longer be purchasing this mask.

Recently, I had a great experience with VERB customer service. I emailed them to provide feedback about the Ghost Air Dry Whip, as it made my hair dry and flakey. They quickly replied and sent a credit to try another product. I ended up getting the Frizz Defense Smoothing Spray and love it! It works well even when I want to let my hair air dry.

Customer service was absolutely amazing Quick to respond Pleasant agents Issue solved quickly and to much satisfaction Thank you

I tried different products for my very thin hair. I am using your volumizing shampoo and conditioner already. I decided to include something for my curls. Your products are great!

Used the ghost shampoo and conditioner for the first time and my hair felt silky. I thought the scent might be a little too strong for my sensitive nose, but it was fine. Also used the ghost oil and hair spray…so far so good.

LOVE LOVE LOVE your ghost oil😍 Bought the air dry whip to try it out. However, wish you could ship internationally at a reasonable price. And wish you could change the shampoo and conditioner formulas (include less silicones please🙏 )

I am blown away. For years I’ve been trying to find a high quality that is also within my budget. These products are beyond amazing. My hair has never felt better. I wash my hair once a week and most products leave buildup and residue, these do not. The whole ghost line is truly amazing.
