Have only scratched off a few of the challenges so far but the ones I did were great and were engaging as a couple. What I really want to talk about is the great customer service I got from this company, however, specifically Trixie. I got a defective book and Ms. Trixie was quick to send me a replacement at no cost including shipping. She even checked to make sure I received it. This required a good deal of work as I am not the best at responding in a timely manner. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere. This is definitely a company that is interested in delighting their customers,

Okay, where do I start? I have purchased these books as gifts for friends and family and recently purchased two for myself. I messed up on the shipping details and thought I selected Express Shipping, When I emailed them, on a weekend, Trixie was fast to respond and a then even followed up on Monday. Fortunately, even though I messed up, my books still arrived for a fun weekend adventure. They were great and I appreciated the follow up and the care. OH, and the books were fun and adventurous and we cannot wait to continue our adventurous spirit.

I ordered a book and it got stolen or lost. Regardless, I never received the package. Ended up emailing their customer service got a reply quickly after. After I double checked to make sure the package wasn’t delivered to my neighbors this company decided to just send me another book for free! It wasn’t their fault that the book was stolen, yet they care enough for the customers that they sent a replacement copy! I already have two different books from them and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family :)

They were extremely helpful via email and were able to solve my query in a timely response. Thank you so much!

Ok so haven't even received my product yet and I was able to see tracking information but then it vanished. I reached out to customer service because I have been scammed before and I just wanted to make sure. Ana took my concern and made me feel at ease. She answered my questions and concerns about not being able to see it and there's sometimes glitches with their system since they are so new. And after that I did start seeing more updates about my order, Yay! But, Ana was still updating making sure I got all the updates she was getting which was a great feeling. So thank you again Ana for treating my concern with the speed and consistency you provided. Again I havent received my product yet but I'm already in love with the staff and cant wait to see what they have in store for my husband and I so thank you again!!!!!!!!

I received a defective camera and customer service (Ana specifically) quickly helped get my issue resolved. I received this as a gift so I didn’t have all info but had enough that they were able to help me. Appreciate them so much!

I found this company a couple years ago and can’t say enough how much I love the brand and the content! I have ordered several times and as gifts and everyone has loved them! Great way to connect with partners, family and friends! Oh and btw their support is amazing! Shout out to Trixie for helping me when I messed up the address on a gift!!!

We love The Adventure Challenge! We have the couples challenge book and it’s so fun and creative! The whole vibe of the team at Adventure Challenge seams pretty awesome if you ask me!

Like all things, you get out what you put in 😉. We enjoyed breaking up the routine and trying something different, making this well worth it. Also a shout out to Ana for the fast customer service. The qr code for the supply list wasn't working and Ana was able to get it to me quickly.

I have loved it, great experience and lots of fun. I have a few at home that I do regularly.

Had a package that went missing during delivery. Reached out to the customer service team via email and they were prompt, friendly and assisted me with my order. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find my original package, but the team graciously resent the package with no hassle/extra fees. I cannot wait to use their products, but their exemplary customer service alone has made me a customer for life.

Some challenges were a little too out there or just not for me because they asked for too much creativity on my part. I was looking for something more straightforward but a little unique for the usual go out to dinner and a show.
