A lovely gift

I ordered a Adventure Challenge for some friends off of their wedding registry, and I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address. But that was alright, the customer service of this company was EXCELLENT; as soon as I reached out they were able to reroute the package (taking great care because I have a tricky address). I have no clue about the actual package itself - that's not mine to open. But the worker I reached out to took great pains to get my package to the right address, and even followed up to ensure I received it. Great work Ana!

My camera had some issues that were unable to be fixed, but I have no issues with that now. The support team was very understanding and helpful. They were extremely fast to figure out the problem, and in replacing my broken camera. I would absolutely recommend and buy again! They are very friendly and excited to help. One of my favorite companies to ever work with!

When I purchased from them I accidentally left in the wrong ship to address. I sent an email right away and within an hour I received and email from Ana. She assurred me that it was no problem and she verified the address. I let her know that it was my Daughter-in-Laws birthday in 4 days and that I had paid for Express Shipping. That very next morning I received a shipping notification and a follow up email letting me know it was going out and it should arrive by Friday (her birthday). I thanked her and looked the next morning to see expected delivery date. It said it was expected to be delivered on Saturday. While I was bummed I knew it was out of her control. I checked the tracking today (Friday) and it said it was going to be delivered today. I was very excited. In the afternoon I received an email from Ana saying that she checked the tracking and it showed Delivered. Now I am in Retail and I have never seen service this great. She is amazing and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure I knew it made it there. This is an Amazing Company with great products and exceptional Customer Service. I highly recomend them.

I had an issue with usps and they were kind enough to ship a brand new order for me fast. They responded to my emails so quickly I cant wait to use my new Adventure Challenge books.

I’ve ordered the adventure challenge books in the past, and thought it would make a great gift for a friend - not realizing she already had the one I bought. Ana was fantastic and assisted me every step of the way to exchange it for another book - it was a level of service that seems to have disappeared in today’s world. If you purchase from them (which I highly recommend because their books are SO fun!) you can rest assured that you’ll be well taken care of if you need assistance.

I was ordering a book for my friends son through a gift site. The Adventure Challenge was one of these gift options to purchase a book. When I was directed to their site, I thought my friend's address would auto-populate. It did not and I quickly realized I shipped it to my old address I moved from recently. I contacted The Adventure Challenge and Ana from the team immediately responded and corrected my mistake. It was extremely quick, easy, and an overall great customer service experience! The follow-ups to ensure everything went smoothly was also a very nice touch to ensure their product was received. I would definitely buy again from The Adventure Challenge.

Apart from the excitement of adventures in store, getting the book was a challenge (due to my address being what it is - no fault of the company) but the customer service I received from Ana was exceptional. She went above and beyond - always answered super quick and even when it was out of her hands, still enquired after the delivery to make sure I got what I ordered. Extremely nice individual working for this company which makes me even happier I placed an order.

Havent used it yet, but everything looks great and even included batteries for the camera. When ordered, the auto fill in my phone sent it to my previous address. In no time they changed the address to my current residence.

I found The Adventure Challenge when I was looking for some cute gift/date ideas and it's been fun so far. I ended up getting a bundle from them that included a polaroid (which is a ton of fun on its own), that they partner with Lomography for, but for whatever reason, the remote feature didn't work. The Adventure Challenge support tried to sort it out with their partner first, and eventually, they ended up just sending us a new camera, which worked perfectly! Support, and the company in general, works really hard, and it shows :)

Great product and great customer service! We had an older version of the book that had developed issues over time and we were no longer able to scratch off the dates without damaging the page. Thankfully after explaining the situation we were sent the newest version of the book and the difference is night and day :) We’re so excited to start our adventures again!

Absolutely love these scratch off challenges and all the other cool add on we can use with each other and the kids! We have the couples ones, the family one, the friends one and the solo one! We also have the Advent calendar and the extra card packs!!! We have been working on them slowly but I like how we can go at our own pace to complete them and use them when we can!!! Definitely looking forward to more adventures!
