Havent used it yet, but everything looks great and even included batteries for the camera. When ordered, the auto fill in my phone sent it to my previous address. In no time they changed the address to my current residence.

I found The Adventure Challenge when I was looking for some cute gift/date ideas and it's been fun so far. I ended up getting a bundle from them that included a polaroid (which is a ton of fun on its own), that they partner with Lomography for, but for whatever reason, the remote feature didn't work. The Adventure Challenge support tried to sort it out with their partner first, and eventually, they ended up just sending us a new camera, which worked perfectly! Support, and the company in general, works really hard, and it shows :)

Great product and great customer service! We had an older version of the book that had developed issues over time and we were no longer able to scratch off the dates without damaging the page. Thankfully after explaining the situation we were sent the newest version of the book and the difference is night and day :) We’re so excited to start our adventures again!

Absolutely love these scratch off challenges and all the other cool add on we can use with each other and the kids! We have the couples ones, the family one, the friends one and the solo one! We also have the Advent calendar and the extra card packs!!! We have been working on them slowly but I like how we can go at our own pace to complete them and use them when we can!!! Definitely looking forward to more adventures!

Amazing service with Ana

I need assistance with adjust/cancelling an order and received prompt and helpful support! We love Adventure Challenge and have used several of their products- the customer service being excellent sealed the deal for us on being impressed with the company.

I have ordered multiple times from here and am never disappointed. The books are great, so many great ideas! The camera is so cute with really cool features. I love the cap that is a Bluetooth clicker. And the customer service, top notch! They quickly respond and were so willing to help.

We unfortunately had an item that was defective and the costumer service was great and efficient with getting back to me and rectifying the situation!

Love the concept of the Adventure Challenge family and couples books. Super excited to start filling them up. Looks like very good quality. Only improvement would be if we were able to purchase the camera film and camera batteries (not the usual AA or AAA) as a set too.

I cannot say enough good things about The Adventure Challenge and their customer support team. My original package was unfortunately stolen, and from the very first email, they were kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Even when I missed one of their follow-up emails, they still politely checked back in to make sure I was okay and to see if the package had turned up. They immediately took action, reissued my order, and even followed up again afterward to confirm that the replacement arrived safely. That level of care is incredibly rare. At no point did I feel blamed, rushed, or brushed off — just supported. Every message felt personal, thoughtful, and human, not like a copy-and-paste response. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

They sent over a great product, I accidentally put the wrong address and their customer support team (Ana) helped me get it over to the correct address immediately even though it was my fault and then took her time to ensure that she checked back in and that I received the package. Me and my family love this book. We have done a couple of challenges and the kids are absolutely hooked "when can we do the next one?" It can be hard to think of new things for the kids to do but this book has us covered for now. Thanks Adventure Challenge
