Love this food

Great service, fast shipping and a Canadian company

We’ve only tried a few flavours, but she seems to like it. My dog likes the lip smacking lamb, the pork gives her the runs unfortunately and we have tried the smallest bag of the Hawaiian chicken, which she ate and have order a couple larger bags to see how she reacts to it. We own a bully bread and we do have some food allergies and she’ll just stop eating her food all of a sudden. We’ve been through a-lot of brands looking for a healthy raw alternative to over processed kibble with little to no nutritional value. The only negative is the PRICE. Our pup is 7 months old large breed and eats 4 cups. The larges bag last 7 days max @ $170 per bag. Ridiculous pricing for the quantity in a bag. We ate spending $650 with the 15% off deal a month and over $700 without. For the price i’m afraid we’ll have to find a new food.

It shipped and arrived on time.

The food is excellent, although it is on the expensive side, especially since the Salmon formula the only one our Westie can eat due to allergies is also the most expensive option. When pork was added to the recipe, we had to stop feeding it to our dog. Fortunately, once the company returned to the original recipe and removed the pork, we were able to start feeding the Salmon formula again with great results. It would be great to see some kind of frequent buyer or loyalty program for regular customers. Customer service is outstanding friendly, helpful, and responsive. We're very happy with both the product and the support.

Overall happy with delivery. Took a bit longer than we had hoped.

Fast shipping and good value

We feed our BC raw but switch to Smack when camping or when she is being looked after by others.

Service and shipping etc are good, just neither of my pups really like the ones we have tried

The only downside was that all of the samples arrived crushed into small pieces, which was a bit disappointing.

Variety packs are great! Gives my picky eater cat a choice and she likes them all but mostly the fish one ❤️
