I absolutely love feeding Smack to my dog and two cats…I have seen a tremendous difference in all three, especially with my 10-year old cat who only ever ate dry kibble…since switching to Smack and wet canned food, she is more active, has lost weight and overall so much healthier and happier!

Ordering the food was easy and simple to do on-line. The order arrived in the time delay as set out. I selected the sample 4 pack to try to see if my finicky older cat would enjoy it. Unfortunately, my cat did not take to it at all. I tried to give it in dry form as a treat, as well as broken down and watered down. Not sure if you have any other suggestions as to how to serve it up. I could possibly mix it in regular food. My cat seems to enjoy saucy wet food the most. Thank you!

Dogs enjoy the food, but shipping takes too long. Also should have larger sizes.

Shipping was slow but it was also the Christmas season and I live in a remote Northern community, which does not help.

My 8 year old cockapoo loves every variety of Smack and I’m happy knowing that I’m feeding her good quality food. Customer service is excellent and ordering and delivery is quick and easy! One thing I struggle with is measuring. Sometimes the pieces are big and I use a measuring cup so it’s difficult to know the actual quantity without breaking the pieces but on the flip side Abby loves the big pieces and they slow down her eating and clean her teeth. Very happy with this product, its variety and packaging.

Terrible consistency

While my Papillion will eat almost anything my Chihuahua is so picky and he is so small (3 1/2 lbs) I have tried everything and he just picks at it UNTIL I tried SMACK now I have to watch that he only eats his portion and to stop stealing his sisters lol. Thank you Smack for making my life less stressful by being able to see my little Poncho devour his meals.

I love the product, but I haven't had a good experience ordering directly from the company. Our first order arrived and the entire bag was the consistency of sand. We couldn't feed it to our dog in the form it was in, so instead we had to use the entire bag as a topper with other food. Our second bag ordered online from the company directly was purchased on the 10th, but not shipped until the 18th. Today is the 29th and it still hasn't arrived at our house but instead states that it's in transit. I ran out of food yesterday and I've now had to go out and purchase more food from the pet store. I ordered online for the convenience but in the end it hasn't been convenient nor a good experience.
