Shipping and service were fine. We started buying Smack locally at Pure Pet and prefer to spend locally, but there was a % off special with free shipping and our local shop could not match that, so this time we bought direct.

The food is good and my dog loved the taste but unfortunately he seems to be allergic. He’s started itching a lot. I’ve pulled him off of the food.

I like the food it was expensive with what all I got. I would only purchase one big bag instead of different kinds.

It was recommended by the breeder for the new puppy that I have. It’s too oily and strong for my older girls stomach and the little one actually had a little bit of gurgling going on in her belly and she was used to it. When I ordered it online and I found a lot of the bottom of the bag was smashed up into crumbs. I’m going to use it for treats and when I get down to the crumbs, probably just sprinkle it on their dry food from time to time. I don’t know how else you could package this for shipping because honestly a lot of it is crumbs.

Excellent dog food. My dog insists on it and her favourite is Caribbean Fusion. We are customer of Smack pet food and would not consider any other product. It is the best for your pets. Dealing with this company is easy, shipping is efficient and the prices reasonable considering the superior quality of their products.
