The trouble with the first Slim line deluxe one I bought within three weeks, Fitline graciously replaced it with Fitline treadmill Which I think is an old model In the remote does not work on it. They sent me another remote overnight and that 1 doesn't work. I have to take a stick and push the buttons standing up to get the treadmill totally disappointed and no have to deal with them again. They're very nice but that's all I can say isn't but we will see what happens next
