I found an open box product for half price and jumped on that deal, 1 of the greatest decisions I made this year. It was packaged well, nothing was damaged and wasn’t missing a single bolt for being open box I was very pleased. Great experience so far with the product and team thank you.

Great work…the resistance bands work great

Easy to purchase.

Shipping took forever, FEDEX destroyed the box and when I finally did get it I was missing parts because there were holes in the box from shipping.

Actually, I am pretty disappointed with my purchase. I thought I was getting a replacement remote control for my treadmill, and it turns out that the remote does not work with my older model. I was never told that a remote for my model (which I provided the model number) is not available. I should have been told this prior to making this purchase.   Very disappointed!
