customer service did not follow through well and the warehouse sent the totally wrong part. So you had to make another shipment and I had to wait another week for the parts missing from my bike box.

I was concerned with missing pieces since it was an open box buy but everything was there, well wrapped and looking brand new. Shipping was quick; shipped maybe 4 days after I placed the order and arrived less than a week later. Great experience all around.
