Notwithstanding my extraordinary delay in getting our text organised, Richie promptly sent me a fresh link and the on hold recording was arranged quickly and easily. Our business phone is continually ringing all day with a 4 digit number, which s extremely frustrating. you answer it and no one is there and it just rings again. I rang business telecom on 1300 721 100 to ask for a solution and was just put on hold for 30 minutes, then the phone dropped out. this has happened twice this week so far. This is now creating a major loss in revenue in our business and i cant get any response from Business Telecom

Failed to deliver on promised NBN speeds, technical support is not responsive and despite ALL THE PRE-Sales promises, they have failed to remedy my issues.

A big thank you to Tania Esber who very kindly travelled all the way up to our Ray White office in Bowral to give us some tips and training on our NEC phone system. Tania was so lovely and really knows her stuff!!! I've got to say, as the office manager, I have always enjoyed the exceptionally friendly and professional service we have received from Business Telecom and would highly recommend contacting them if you're experiencing problems with your current provider - you won't look back!!!
