Imee has been Fantastic and very helpful with assisting a smooth transition with new phones and NBN service for our Business. Communication was sent and explained well for each process of the transition. I am very impressed with TPG. We moved from Sydney to the mid north coast, we were connected straight away but there was a problem as the previous owner was with another supplier. Rang to report the issue and they were out the next day to fix the problem. They always keep you updated with what is happening. I am still having problems with my previous Supplier charging me at my previous address the communication is shocking. I am one happy customer with TPG!

We have had a problem free change over from these guy’s. Anthony has been very helpful for all questions asked by us. We had one drama with a mobile phone change over BUT in twenty minutes after a phone call to Anthony it was all fixed. I recommend them 100%

The quality of phone calls is poor. I assume this is due to calls being routed through VOIP.
