Friday, March 8th I received a damaged and LATE shipment Stock Pot Stove FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. We were leaving for a huge event on Monday, March 11th and PANIC set-in. ****************LIFESAVER ALERT************* Just a few minutes before closing time on Friday, I got ahold of CRYSTAL @BURKETT. OUTSTANDING customer service is an understatement. She checked their website, inventory, rushed making calls to order and make arrangements for their TOS-ATSP-18-2-LP Cook Rite Stock Pot Stove to be picked up early Monday morning. We picked up the item and headed to our event. Crystal was our lifesaver, and we are VERY GRATEFUL for her help! Definitely will call Crystal for our equipment needs in the future.

We ordered a new grease trap. Package came by UPS in perfect condition and we took it out of the box and realized it was real packed well lots of stuffing to prevent damage. The plumber installed it and it looks fantastic in its spot. Would recommend buying from The Burkett Co.

The convection oven arrived on time and we have it installed. We have been using it and have had no problems.

First class! From ordering to a follow up call two weeks after delivery we experienced great comunication. Large refridgerator and freezer was delivered in perfect condition on time.

In my search for a restaurant grade quality slicer, I found Burkett with their line of used restaurant equipment. A new restaurant/deli quality slicer was not affordable, but Burkett had several models of used slicers that were within my reach. The Burkel 829-A slicer that I selected was an excellent choice. Although a light duty slicer by restaurant standards, it is more than adequate for my needs as an amateur Chef. Their customer service through the purchasing process was best in class as they answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Their Carrier Estes Freight was also terrific, allowing me to set up a delivery schedule and drop location with them. With a little TLC, my Burkel slicer is now a proud member of my Kitchen arsenal.
