Verified BuyerBad Equipment - tried to bill me twice
I ordered a 2 burner hot plate from them. Communicating was challenging, it arrived and was thown in my driveway damaged. No legs, box badly broken and scratches on the unit. I made them aware of this and sent photographs of the poor delivery, they informed me I could wait for a new unit and I said I would rather you just discount this unit as a scratch and dent because I needed it before any new unit would arrive and I had it installed in my catering trailer. They never offered me any discount whatsoever which I think is bad of them but several months later, a new stove arrived on my doorstep via UPS and I told the UPS driver to take it back. I didn’t want it. I didn’t order it and I certainly didn’t need it. I left it on my doorstep and I assume they came and got it because it was gone the next day and it was pretty heavy so I don’t envision it was taken by a porch pirate. Then, several months later, I get an email from these people saying I need to pay for this other stove, which I did not authorize and did not order. I simply asked for them to discount the one that I kept. I’m not responsible for their poor communication skills, and the fact that I paid full price for a damaged item speaks volumes about their integrity.
