Once Ryan Stafford got involved, we easily wrapped up everything in 24 hours. Prior to Ryan, I spoke, texted, emailed, or video chatted with WAY too many people. As I’ve worked with companies for 34 years to improve their process, I respectfully suggest you re-think you current multiple-Bungalows employee contact model to a single “Rental Concierge” with 360 responsibility. With this approach the stakes are higher in that your single point of contact much be excellent (as was Ryan). Ryan Stafford and India Grasso were all-around great—> super fast communication (email turn-around time was amazing (including weekends and after business hours!), the lease was clear and direct, finding a room (in the time of COVID) was untroubled. well, The only thing I can say that Bungalow is the best place to help you find the right place and roommates. I tried all other websites but they are not even close, bungalow is safe and secure, charge only $1 for background check to make sure everyone’s safety.

Of all the places I've rented in Seattle, this process was by far the easiest. The representative I was working with was so quick to respond, personal, and incredibly kind and helpful. I was able to find a home, chat with the current residents, register my emotional support animals, and sign a lease within a few days. Having the floor plan is really helpful, as well as 3D pictures of the rooms and a ton of detail regarding how the space is furnished, expectations, and roommate profiles. As a young adult living in Seattle, I also really appreciate how they have a set price for utilities, and their policy regarding first/last month's rent, and the security deposit. I'm able to make payments rather than pay it all in one large sum, which is incredibly helpful when you live pay check to pay check (PS teachers should be paid more). Overall I'm quite pleased with my experience using Bungalow, and I'm very much looking forward to moving into my new space soon.

The platform is pretty self-explanatory. I like how much detail they have about each place, like the photo of the floor plan and dimensions. The unit I ended up signing for didn't have pictures of the bedroom, but Alex was able to send me photos and answered all my additional questions. The 24 hr meet and greet roommate chat ends quick though, I recommend getting a phone number from one of the roommates in case you have extra questions after! I haven't moved in yet, but the process so far was good, and having someone to walk you through it from the acceptance point forward was great. Very excited to start out my first shared house experience with bungalow!

I had an absolute amazing experience going through the application process. I ended up surprisingly finding a better fit elsewhere, but will certainly keep bungalow in mind for the future! My only recommendation is to try and chat with multiple places, so you're not putting all your eggs in one basket.

Such a smooth and helpful process. Staff was incredibly informative and responsive. I found it helpful to reach out to the prospective roommates on social media prior to the 24 hours in order to better align our schedules/increase our time to get to know each other. The 24 hour window is too short in my opinion. I really like how roommates have the chance to veto prospective roommates prior to move in. Also how they do lease extension. Finally, their Love Where You Live Trial, I feel assurance sealed the deal for me. I have heard though the responsiveness does trickle off post move in (concerning house maintenance in particular). I hope this is not an issue for me but it is an important note/caveat.

Bungalow has been extremely helpful so far. It was such an easy process. They set you up with an insurance company and everything you need to move in. The process of chatting with my roommates was awesome. I feel like the monthly service fee is well worth it. Everything is taken care of, electronic, and easy. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was extremely diligent about answering my questions and was incredibly responsive. I often received replies from him ASAP which was very helpful when I was trying to find an apartment on relatively short notice. The process of talking to people was also quite straightforward on Bungalow and definitely would use again if I moved somewhere else!
