The process of finding a place is super simple and straightforward. The site is clear and easy to use. If you have questions they respond pretty quickly by email. I have high hopes for a smooth move-in process!

They make the process fun, and customer service was fast and responsive. No BS they just help you.

My experience has been really wonderful – I love my place! I moved to NYC at the start of last year and lucked out in grabbing the last room available in a beautiful home. Can't beat the cost, and I wouldn't trade this location for anything. We've got a big common room and my room has a beautiful view. We've had some small maintenance issues (thankfully nothing big), but Bungalow has been really responsive and gotten things fixed quickly, which I really appreciate. Am planning to be here for awhile!

Soon after, I was notified that I got the apartment! The move in process was very simple. They provide a furnished apartment so I didn't have to buy anything and considering the lower price compared to other apartments of equivalent style, location, size, amenities, etc. in San Fran, it's a steal. Huge relief since I moved from Minneapolis where everything is quite a bit cheaper. But my eyes are open, it's the price you pay for living in a beautiful place that happens to be the center of the universe right now. Although, Im not sure I'd be able to have lasted this long were it not for Bungalow's reasonable rent and awesome customer service.

I absolutely had a delight finding a room with Bungalow! Normally searching for apartments or roommates is such a hassle but Bungalow is streamlined, the amenities are amazing for the cost! I had an account manager at Bungalow, Alice, who helped me out the whole way! Would definitely do again!

Needed a well located home, at a good price tag in Washington DC, but due to the timing of my new job it was nearly impossible to coordinate a rental with university friends I knew in the area. Bungalow provided me a quick and simple solution, as well as several options in the neighborhood I wanted to live in. Would recommend to anyone who needs to prioritize their timeline and bank account - it was also helpful that I did not have to purchase living room furniture.

Compared to other coliving type places I’ve applied for, Bungalow laid out all the application requirements and broke down components as well. Communication was on point and the process was super efficient.

Except trying to figure out how much I will owe at move-in. I have called customer services 3 times and the hold time was long and I was eventually disconnected each time. I am chalking that up to pandemic staffing and not really anyone's fault. It is what it is. Everything else was Very VERY easy.

When I moved to NYC, I knew I wanted to live in the LES, and after braving Craigslist, came across a beautiful Bungalow apartment. It was on the same block as a place I'd seen earlier for $400 more per month, and was honestly a nicer space with better views. The roommates are people I actually want to spend time with, and having my housing sorted out has made the move here so much easier. If I ever move from this apartment, I'll be checking Bungalow first to find my next spot.

Was able successfully sign a lease in the city I want dream of living in. The process leading up to signing the lease was very efficient and Straight forward that it had shocked. Amazing customer service!
