It took less than 48 hours for me to find, virtually tour and sign a lease in Cambridge. This was absolute the most incredible experience that I have had leasing an apartment. The staff was available to answer questions, I was also given a virtual tour of the property. I am speechless. Oh, and they don’t have a deposit fee. It’s awesome!

My experience with Bungalow has been very great so far. I had to change my lease a couple times and the customer service was amazing! Very nice people!

I chose to go with Bungalow for my last-minute move. I love that I have so many options and was even able to find a new place to call home right away. Their service really lifts the weight off of my shoulders. I love that I can communicate with the tenants before moving in - so they're not complete strangers to me. Even with COVID, I have options for viewing. I also contacted the support team with my questions and I always got a swift response. I'm excited and can't wait to move in.

My House search experience so far has been great (however, I haven't actually seen or moved into the house yet). My agent was wonderful and so accommodating, as were the other house members.

The process was really quick and very simple. The service team was really nice and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. My only complaint was that there details that kept falling through the cracks if hadn't paid attention and pointed them out and asking for clarification.

Moving cross country in a pandemic is scary and Carl Bennett was so quick to answer all my questions thoughtfully and throughly. I've never experienced a more effortless search process. I really appreciated the easy and fast application process. The all included model and move-in ready feature is a major bonus, no hassle of setting up PGE, Wifi, etc.
