After spending a lot of time trying to fix a problem with broken hooks on my boots I was getting frustrated, I had found hooks I wanted as replacement but the fasteners provided were pathetic to say the least. I had gone through many websites trying to find a good fastener. when I reached this website I saw a review mentioning how you had helped them with a problem so I figured I'd give it a try. Immediately after I contacted you I was able to get the help finding the correct tools and rivet size needed to set the hooks. The only problem I encountered was in trying to describer what I was looking for but being able to send pictures immediately solved that problem. I was able to get the correct length of rivet as well as the setting tools and have since fixed my boots with hooks that won't bend when I put weight on them.

This was a replacement for a 90s vintage Coach pocket purse turn lock that was broken. Easy replacement and I'm still using the vintage top flap piece with the replacement turn lock. Fantastic replacement, great color match.
