Nah probably not, but I'm sure like all the other leather I've purchased from Buckleguy I'll enjoy using it for whatever project I decide to use it on! Who knows this next project might be the one that puts me on the map, get me featured in a high-end boutique magazine feature that bougie people read and decide they gotta have whatever it is that I've made, and at the most absurd price! Somehow, the USPS lost my package. When I reached to the folks at Buckleguy, they immediately filed a claim and worked with me to get me a new package. I haven't made anything with the leather yet, but I was really impressed with how they handled the lost package situation. Very nice and lovely people. I hope to order from them again soon.

I try my best to come to Buckle Guy for all my leather needs because I have had a positive relationship with the customer service. I need to be able to trust my supplier. I started leather crafting watching Corter Leather on YouTube, great guy on YouTube and he has a partnership with Buckle Guy I believe. Great hardware and quality leather selection. If Buckle Guy would supply Badalassi Carlo leather I wouldn’t have to go anywhere else for anything. Their 4-ton clicker press is worth every dollar. Wickett & Craig bridle leather is amazing and splitting service is consistent which is a big deal for me. Orders are on time and if there is an issue Buckle Guy will reach out and set things straight before sending out your order.

Quality of items has been superb. Shipping had been lacking. Not buckleguy’s fault. Some items have taken 12 days or more from ship date to get to me. When tracking you can see it just sits for days at some locations and not just over a weekend. So that has been frustrating.

This is my second order from Buckleguy, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Communication, order processing, packaging, and shipping have all been consistently professional and reliable.
