Excellent from beginning to end. Best customer service I’ve ever had from ANY retail company. They confirm ahead of time allowing time for typos. They stay in touch through out delivery. And even if you mess up they fix it with a return or refund

It took what felt like forever to get our grandson’s gift. Right or wrong, in a world of Amazon delivery times, this was bad. Also, the gift was for our grandson so really dont need or want the excessive emails on merch. I do t know how to get off the email list. Can you plz remove me from the list? Mary schrock
