I have Not received the products

I bought items from BTO, Backcountry and CCS the same day and was pleasantly surprised when BTO delivered my package two days before my packages from the other stores. They shipped with UPS which is also always a plus opposed to FedEx or USPS. The site is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the ability to change your order within 30 minutes of ordering. Great store, would definitely order from them again.

Well the shopping experience went normal but due to a surgery I just had it will be 3-4 months before I know if it all fits and longer than that to know if I like them or not. By looking at them they look like they will do the job. Unfortunately just like my motorcycle all I can do is look for a while.

Few issues at first but all fixed

Light comfortable feels very secure. Love the visor is adjustable too. Wearing w/o the full face part for commute to work I like it so much. CS was super responsive to my question and followed up at delivery. Top rate glad I left another large bicycle online supplier with very poor CS and found you!
