Good sale prices. Easy to order. Ships fast. Returns are a huge negative. Tried to navigate a return without actually speaking to a rep and failed. Tried the chat and failed. After many attempts ended up finding a phone number and actually got a wonderful gal to help me but it still makes me hesitate to order again

Once the boots wee shipped it was great. It's the 4 to 5 day getting out the door that could be better.

customer service was excellent by all the representatives i have either spoken to or emailed a bit unhappy with the fact i had the wrong exhaust pipe delivered to me when i go to put on it doesn't fit it was a honda pipe put into a yamaha bag so that wasn't fun jessica was very helpful in getting the return label sent out and on top of checking for the other pipe i have yet to hear back on if they found one or not or if i would be compensated for my inconvenience everything else was excellent
