Excellent customer service. I bought 6 champagne flutes. When I got them one was broken. I reported it and asked for a replacement. They wanted a picture of the broken flute which was sent. It took a little time but I received my replacement flute in perfect condition.

The screen is beautiful, excatly as descriped and pictured. It makes a lovely finish to my fireplace. The communication from BSEID regarding my order and shipment was also great!
