My experience with bseid hasn't been the best. I ordered the item in February and didn't receive it until May. I had to reach out several times for an update. I was told the company was out, now this would be okay, however as the customer I should have been notified.

Great product relatively easy to install. If the tool that was included, we’re not so bulky it would be easier to turn the tightening rods. Other than that, I have no complaints. It’s a great product it works. I had all four shades installed in less than 30 minutes.
