I purchased a few items for the holiday and there were a few candles missing from my order….I’ve reached out and no one has responded

I purchased five minimalist scented candles, all different scents, for my sisters as gifts and they all loved their candles. I also purchased the fern + moss room mist for myself and it is lovely. BCS prices are also very reasonable. Customer service was always helpful any time I contacted them. Lastly, in these tough times, we all need to support our local communities. I will definitely recommend BCS to my loved ones. Many thanks!

The candle has great features having a double wick, 3 layers of light beautiful scents, great quality of wax as it burns so even and it liquifies. This candle quality is obvious and makes it stand above others.

Christian was super helpful and resolved an unusual shipping issue with my package. Yay because my order contained Christmas gifts (Kyoto candles and Escapist sets). He saved the day!

Smells amazing

Very satisfied overall. First shipment was damaged, but Brooklyn customer service helped make everything right.

I bought three Montana Forest candles for the holiday and burned them all at the same time in the same room because I wanted the room to be filled with the pine scent. Even burning three candles at the same time for many hours at a time over the course of five days, I still couldn’t smell anything. I know it’s not my sense of smell because I’ve been burning Otherland Fallen Fir candles in my office and there is tons of throw! I don’t know if all Brooklyn Candle Studio have the issue of little to no throw, but I won’t risk wasting my money by buying from them again.

I am a huge fan of candles-have them in every room and bring them to work. I have not found one Brooklyn candle that I don't love. They burn evenly and fill the whole room without being overwhelming. I stocked up on Black Friday and cant wait to use them all!

I love Brooklyn Candle Studio because every candle has a long lasting burn. And every scent is simple and sophisticated. I have tried many, but have found my favorites to be the smoky scents like woodsmoke, leather jacket, and tobacco. I do love Rose Botanica as well.
