Half of my candles were delivered broken and customer service did not get back to me.

I was super excited to try Palo Santo and Santorini. Both scents are lovely when you open the box. Really truly gorgeous sophisticated scents. However when burning they offered literally no scent. Both were burned for several hours at a time in smaller spaces with no scent. I was super disappointed, especially since they were not cheap. I wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately. I’d like to try the scent diffusers, but I won’t risk spending money on another product that doesn’t have throw. I get that it’s a cleaner wax and that apparently means less scent, but at $40 I’d rather just buy a plain candle that is a fraction of the price.

I discovered Brooklyn Candle Studio at a local store in Charleston, SC and it has quickly become true love...for me, for gifts, as candles, as diffusers!!! Their products are heaven scent :) I have loved everything I've tried but my fav would have to be the "Santorini" diffuser. I have it in on my console table in my front hall...which permeates my entire first floor and smells amazing.

The scent is lovely, but it is not strong enough to scent the room.

Definitely my candle brand of choice. I love how the throw is fragrant without a pungent fume.

Although Santorini is such a lovely scent, it’s hardly noticeable when burning. Very disappointed because I wish I would fill a room, it’s even hardly noticeable when you’re just sitting near the candle.

I will definitely use this company again. I bought one as a gift. It smelled so good that I want to order more for myself and other friends and family.

Great candles

Loved my candles and want to purchase again; however I did not receive a shipping confirmation email (so I had no way to track my order) and then one day I came home from work and their service delivery had left the box outside for anyone to take.

The santal diffuser scent is much more sweet than we expected. Having worn Santal 33 from Le Labo for several years, we were hoping for a scent more similar to that. No returns, so we’ve tossed the two that we bought. I’m sure other scents are better.

There’s no throw on these candles. They look cute but they aren’t worth it. Don’t waste your money

I felt so swanky when this came! I’m lock to Brooklyn and it was hand delivered. Unboxing felt super luxurious with extra care taken to package design and a lovely reveal. Tween & Moss is out of this world - I had seen/smelled one in a store and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Crisp and intoxicating - not cloying sweet or overly floral. Clean and lovely!

I treated myself to a 6 month subscription to Brooklyn Candle and all I can say is DO IT! These are wonderful candles, beautifully presented, they last just the perfect length of time, and I can't wait for my delivery every month.

The candels burn evenly and they many beautiful scents. They are elegant.
