Customer service has been wonderful. The bed we purchased is not the best fit for us and we unfortunately didn't have a chance to exchange/return the mattress in the period allowed (work travel put us out of the country for 2 months), but we appreciated your support team's responsiveness when we inquired. Do love the sheets and pillows, though!

We've spent two nights on our new bed and are loving it. Very glad we didn't go for the firm as the medium is firm enough. Each night has been better and better and I think we truly made the right decision. Set up was so easy! Thank you.

30 nights in and have no complaints. Quality is top notch for the price range. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We received our bed in a timely manner. We chose a bed that had a firmer top layer by one level than the standard configuration and we are happy with it. Comfortable, not too soft, not too hard.

Middle of the road. Wife and seem to have had some back pain since sleeping on new mattress. Haven't seen much of a difference between new BB mattress and our old spring mattress, at least not enough to give a rave review. Nothing good, nothing bad. Probably not worth what we paid :(

We purchased a king sized bed and a standard pillow. Ordering was easy. The company emailed us with questions for firmness then bed was made. Received bed/pillow quickly. Set up was a breeze. No chemical smell detected. Set up in the morning slept in it that night. Husband and I are both pleased with the bed. The pillow was for me. First time I tried to take the pillow out of the case the zipper on the case broke. Notified company sending a replacement case. The pillow is wayyy to overstuffed for me. Hurt my neck so I opened the pillow removed the amount of stuffing I wanted and put it into a zippered pillow case. Still not right the first night so I added more stuffing. Now its perfect!! The company needs to think about having its pillows in a removable zippered case so you can fine tune the amount of stuffing. Overall very pleased with the company. Our Fedex driver wrote down the ordering info from our bed and is ordering his wife one for Christmas!

Seems fine so far, though it it doesn't seem that it's as firm as one would expect from "medium firmness". Of course it's all subjective. The customer service throughout the process was excellent.

Customer service was very responsive and the bed was comfortable, just a little too firm for my liking. However they could not have made the return any easier! Definitely worth a try if you're interested in buying online matresses, some other companies make the return process difficult despite claiming it is simple.
