My Brooklinen package arrived earlier than expected, and I got helpful updates on the timing of my shipment too.

Good communication, easy to order and delivery was prompt with nice protective packaging of the product.

We were excited to invest into quality bedsheets, however after 2 years we were surprised to find a tear/rip had developed. We've washed and dried the sheets as instructed, and only with other bedding so our best guess is the fibers had worn down.

In the old days you could feel different sheet textures in the store. I thought "washed" would mean soft but these are too rough or scratchy for me. Feel more like sleeping on canvas. They're good as a back up set but nothing I'd sleep on regularly.
