great product

Perfect sheets!

Great, colorful towels. Love the hooks, great size for after swimming.

Packaging is always so well done and like receiving a present :)

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Long time repeat customer

I arrived from a trip where I stayed at a super nice hotel and was depressed by the bedding/towel situation I had going on. I immediately went to Brooklinen and I have to say my experience at home has been completely elevated by my purchases!

Easy to order. Quick shipping

These pillow cases are always the best. I am just refreshing my supply as I wash my sheets allll the time and they're starting to wear out after 6 years of hardcore use. I love the envelope style, so the pillow doesn't fall out.

amazing! I love these so much

I have bought probably half a dozen sheet sets from Brooklinen and these white classic percale sheets are my favorite. Also love them in the stripe. I’m always on a quest for the best (affordable) crisp but soft sheets and these are the best I’ve found.

It is really good quality material, we saw it at Airbnb and decided to buy the same set for home and we absolutely love it! We will buy more for sure!

The shipping was incredibly fast and the packaging made me feel like I was opening something special, which I was.

Best sheets ever, super crisp yet cozy.

Can’t say much more than they are exactly what we were expecting. They’re super comfortable and match the sheet set exactly. We’ve had these for a bit over a month and they seem durable and no color fading so no complaints. We’ll be looking for at least one more set in the near future.

FAST SHIPPING AND GOOD SERVICE AND BAND

This plush Turkish cotton washcloth is absorbent, soft, plush, and just lovely! 1 am extremely happy with how Brooklyn provides excellent customer service!! After placing an order, I receive updated emails about my order and quick shipment! Thank you, Brooklyn in for providing excellent customer service and great products!!!

I think the only thing that comes close to the quality of this towel is the customer service. Some of my skin care products discolored a towel heavily and the support team replaced it right away! I’m absolutely loving these things and cannot wait to grab some other items like duvet covers from Brooklinen.

Great quality- really pleased

Sleeping like a baby even my independent toddler who loves to sleep in his room started to squeeze himself in mine because of the sheets! LOL! I can’t wait for you guys to restock (i hope you do) the sold out skus!!! I definitely want more! P. S. Amazing customer service. The first one I purchased had a small damage and they replaced it away ASAP! There was one back ordered item that I had the chance of changing and they catered to all of my needs asap! So so happy ! I have a few sateen sheets now! Lol

I love these and ordered new ones. It was disappointing to place the order, get confirmation, see the charge on my credit card and then a message that my order was back ordered. When I reached out to someone to find out what happened she told me that my order was placed and then right after they were sold out. That's crazy - order, get confirmation and get charged and then by the way, they are back ordered. I asked for an ETA and was told in so many words, not sure/keep an eye on the website. And I did that for about a month. I wasn't very happy about this since the order did go through and I was charged. I wanted these so I followed back up, got someone to look into it further and shortly after the issue was resolved and got my order. The point is, I didn't want another duvet so was being patient. It is a very popular item so a few suggestions 1) put in a mechanism to prevent an order being placed and charged when in fact the inventory isn't accurate to prevent the order and 2) create customer alerts for items out of stock if someone wants a message that it is back in stock. I was told there aren't such alerts and it would have saved me from looking literally, everyday for weeks. I still love the duvets.
