I ordered a 90 count bottle of 1200 mg sustained release Calcium with Vitamin D3 1000 mg per serving (one pill). I've been taking supplements since my 20's . . . about 50 years, but I was concerned about the size of the vitamns. Sure enough I got one stuck in my esophagus right in front of my breathing tube and ended up in emergency. Buyer beware. I take a lot of big pills but this one took my breath away!

I’ve been supplementing with Bronson from the age of 13 I am now 57 yeah a long time. Bronson is my go to but in a pinch nature made will work. If good quality vitamins are what you want give Bronson a try I’m sure you’ll be happy that you did.
