My dentist recommended these supplements for a quick healing of pulling a tooth for an implant. I told my sister about k2 + d3 supplement. Oh, I get enough of it with my multivitamin. 50 years ago as a graduate student I learned about anatomy and functions of the eye, and the traditional understanding of cataracts, that they only get worse. When I later developed cataracts, Bronson was mentioning them in relation to bilberry. I began to use the older, weaker bilberry capsules and made slow progress in reversing the cataracts. Slow is not necessarily bad, because any change in a cataract affects the eyeglass prescription in that eye. I have added other supplements and foods for eye health, but continue the Bilberry Extra Strength. Obvious signs of cataract, such as a bright haze around distant porch lights, are gone. Sparkly lines radiating from a distant light arise in the cornea, not the lens where cataract occurs. Molecules used for eye health include zeaxanthin and lutein. See the Wikipedia article on zeaxanthin for a table of foods that contain zeaxanthin or lutein. We use bell peppers in stir-fry. Orange peppers contain zeaxanthin and red ones have beta-carotene.

I've only been using this product for a few days now, following the instructions on the bottle, and my joint pain has subsided tremendously. I do constantly walk and stand throughout the day for my work and these supplements definitely have worked pretty quickly for me, reliving me of my pain.
