My dentist recommended these supplements for a quick healing of pulling a tooth for an implant. I told my sister about k2 + d3 supplement. Oh, I get enough of it with my multivitamin. I've only been using this product for a few days now, following the instructions on the bottle, and my joint pain has subsided tremendously.
