Service was timely and good communication.

I travel regularly and have never been fully happy with the 10 or so backpacks I have had over the years. I have easily spent more than what this costs to be annoyed with how certain pockets behave or overall build quality (stitching is the biggest annoyance). This is such a step up in quality I question why I never did it earlier. The lifetime guarantee helps cement that this is my new go-to bag company.

I really like not having to ship my suitcase for the repair. I was able to complete the repair myself. That said, the directions were not the best. I imagine some people could have a problem getting it done.

It was easy to follow the tracking of my shipment from Briggs & Riley, and my suitcase arrived when they said it would.
