I had to replace one of the wheels on our Baseline 22” spinner. Customer service was excellent in making sure I had the correct wheels and installation instructions. Life time warranty and excellent customer service is why we own 8 pieces of B & R luggage,

Very easy to replace the side handle on older Briggs & Riley 26" 2 wheel checked bag.

The 22" roller and backpack are perfect for my traveling. Its been on several trips now and is great qulialty and rolls with ease. The investment has been worth the return.
