Fantastic Company to work with, very helpful and informative. Instructions and video's make assembly easy. King size doable with just two people. Quality materials, and all pieces and parts there. Very happy with the unit.

Assembly instructions did not match parts list - frame design was different from instruction manual (there were no metal tabs on the frame and no instructions for two pieces of angled iron included) so doors did not line up correctly. Also assembly was ridiculously time consuming. Took 4 hours to assemble not including the door misalignment. I found the assembly process disappointing. Once correctly assembled the unit looks and functions as hoped.

Always a great fit. This is our second home and both looked great. Took a while for delivery and installation from the recommended vendor/installer.

Received bed in good condition, assembly was pretty easy with directions simple to follow. This was my first time assembling a Murphy bed and it went together very well. There was plenty of help online via the links emailed prior to receiving so watched several of those before starting. Thanks.

Bought a Queen size Murphy Bed with two side cabinets. One piece was damaged and Brenda Beds made it right with no hassles. Assembling the bed is very time consuming. However, if you take your time and read the instructions it will turn out great. It feels like a very solid bed, operates very smoothly and it looks fantastic. I would buy from them again. THANKS!!!

Great bed. Well-made. Seems to be sturdy and stylish. I think the value for the money is there too. I’m happy with the purchase. TBD how it hold up long-term, but I think it will. My complaint is that the instructions and instructional videos weren’t clear in our generalized based upon their whole product line. I highly encourage them to come up with better instructional videos that are more targeted and clear. I think if they updated this, it would go along way to improving their customer experience.

The process was smooth with production and delivery on time. I paid for delivery with assembly as I was in a time crunch as we had family coming to visit. The company felt that the mattress was ok and softer than what they sleep on. The installer was quick and very knowledgeable as he has been doing this for a long time. Unfortunately, the installer did not show me the minor chips on the upper edge. The company was quick to respond and provide options to my satisfaction. The installation itself was done very well. I did, want to mention that the installer had a noticeable body odor and his work clothes were quite dirty. I found this uncomfortable, particularly since he was working inside my home.

I purchase a queen size horizontal bed from the company. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it was late arriving, with no updated information provided. I had to make inquiries as to where my order was. It also came with 2 right side hinges, not a left and a right. When I contacted the company about the problem they were good in shipping out the correct part. Buy, it still cause me delays. The written instructions were well put together, and very much needed to perform the assembly. I will join the parade of reviews which highlight this assembly is a two person, or more kind of job. I also recommend having a lot of patience. Watching the assembly videos on YouTube was also quite helpful. This project is not for the beginning DIY kind of guy/girl... or the faint of heart. A person can get hurt putting this bed together. That said, the bed turned out as expected and functions like I wanted. It's a nice addition to our spare room.

Ordering and paying for the product was easy. Getting it not so much. After ordering I waited 2 months before delivery notification was sent out. The instructions that came with the product are ok. Some basic details are left out and only found these after going through a list of youtube videos. The actual product looks and feels exactly like an Ikea product from the press board construction to the use of cams in assembly. I ordered a queen with "integrated" sofa. The sofa is not integrated but simply a backless couch with cushions. For the price I really expected a quality piece but the product did live up to my expectations. The mattress sits directly on the 3/4" steel braces in place to hold the face together. I purchased 3/4" stiff foam insulation to fill the gaps between the steel braces otherwise these can be felt through the mattress. I had previously purchased a murphy from a different company and spent a lot less and received a very nice piece that included a wood slat mattress base making it very comfortable. I would look elsewhere if purchasing a murphy in the future.

Very pleased with our new bed. I assembled it myself, took about 8 hours, and I needed my wife's help for just a few minutes to assemble some of the horizontal pieces. Could have been done quicker with 2 people, but I like projects. It's similar to, but slightly more involved, to build than Ikea furniture. Instructions were detailed and I found it helpful to read through them, in detail, before starting the assembly to understand the process and not get too far ahead of myself. Putting the springs in were a bit of a pain, but watching the youtube videos really helped. I had a few questions and one bad part (washers for the support legs were stuck together). BredaBeds was very responsive and sent the replacement piece very quickly. My wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with the look and extra room our office/gym/guest bedroom has gained. I'm kicking around the idea of putting one in the Master Bedroom. We'll see!

Overall, our experience from ordering to assembly was great. The logistics company who delivered our product was easy to work with, on time, and respectful with the pieces. When it came to assembly, the directions included were good with detailed pictures and videos. Some feedback regarding assembly includes: 1) it would have been nice if there were pre drilled holes for the screws in the various pieces. 2) There was a part where we were asked to use a marker or painters tape, to avoid screw placement on the panel door. We followed the directions, but further explanation of the reason for this would have been helpful. 3) I think mentioning to owners to think about placement on the wall relative to power outlet access post frame placement would be good. We ended up running a power cord out from behind the bed in advance of placement to allow for accessibility. The full assembly took just over 10 hours for us. It looks great and we are excited to start using it in the near future! Thanks again.

This is exactly what we wanted and we're very pleased. Well made, sturdy, time consuming to assemble but rather easy. Only negative is that we paid extra for glossy paint but not all surfaces were painted i.e., the exposed shelves and inner side panels.

My only complaint was in regard to the shipping company. They said delivery would be between 12pm to 4pm. then showed up after 9:30 am (I had scheduled work for 1/2 a day & was home at 11) The office people mentioned the dispatcher (who talked to me) & the person in charge of loading their trucks never synchronize their info. . The person who did deliver our bed had it passed on to him & he got it here before 4:30pm & was very competent & polite. The bed was a bit of a challenge for a couple aged 70 & 68 yrs old, LOL !!! But we did it; my husband is mechanically inclined & I'm physically strong (good thing considering the weight in putting the door/ bed in the slot/hinge. We like it & your design & getting your product to us on time was great. Thank you!!

Pleased with the bed. The packaging and pallet were well done and material arrived without any damage. Shrink wrap and extra cardboard between components, along with separate boxes and individual packaging for bolts and accessories for specific assemblies was appreciated. Good instructions and video made assembly straight forward. Experienced a little difficulty attaching the assembled bed to the frame. The location of several bolts on each spring assembly would not allow use of a socket to tighten and limited access for a open end wrench. Metal parts were fabricated well with a powder coat finish. Good quality, well made and easy to operate. Would reccomend to others and buy again!!!!
